Songwriter, musician, and artist Kate Bush was only 17 years old when she released her debut record, The Kick Inside, in 1977. Yeah, I know, this photo (espeically the dress) balances the fine point between looking chic and looking like Stevie Nicks. Fortunately, it falls (mainly) on the former. Then again, who gives a toss?
