Cornershop, basically a duo of leader Tjinder Singh and Ben Ayres, has released an excellent new album, Cornershop and The Double-O Groove Of, featuring vocalist Bubbley Kaur (who appeared on Cornershop's 2004 single, "Topknot"). Kaur provides a Punjabi punch and a freshness to the band's not-always-consistent discography. In short, it's a winning mixture.
