Portland singer/songwriter Casey Neill is currently on tour with his outfit The Norway Rats (comprising of members of The Decemberists and The Minus 5, among others). Neill & The Rats will be nesting locally, at the Arcata Playhouse (in the old Creamery Building), on Sunday evening, April 25th.
