Former Thin Lizzy Irish frontman, Phil Lynott, released his first solo effort, Solo in Soho, in 1980. This star-studded gem (and Lynott's finest) is where Dirtbombs leader Mick Collins plucked Lynott's "Ode to a Blackman" for Ultraglide in Black.

Driving home from work last night I caught your program--flat out fantastic stuff! So glad we have people with music taste like yours on the Humboldt airwaves.
Thank you so much. Even though I'm sitting alone in a dark air booth at the radio station, it's great to know that there's someone out there listening (and digging) the stuff I put out there. I really enjoyed that show too, loads of great 90's/'80's garage stuff that kept me awake. Thanks again!
